Personal Development Coach | School Psychologist | Family & Youth Support Specialist

I’m a compassionate Personal Development Coach and School Psychologist with over 10 years of experience supporting children, pre-teens, young adults, and their families. My work is rooted in a deep commitment to helping individuals overcome life’s challenges, build resiliency, and create positive, lasting change.

Growing up in Baltimore as the child of a single parent, I learned early on the strength required to face adversity. I’ve faced significant personal losses myself, including the death of my brother when I was 12 and the passing of my father when I was 30. These experiences have given me a profound understanding of grief, resilience, and the healing process, and they’ve shaped the way I approach my work with others.

Throughout my career, I’ve supported children in overcoming academic, emotional, and social struggles, and I’ve worked closely with parents to help strengthen family dynamics and improve communication. I believe in equipping families with practical tools to foster harmonious and supportive home environments, especially when navigating the complexities of modern family life. As a mother, wife, and stepparent to bonus children, I bring a personal understanding of the complexities of family life, particularly within blended families. This experience allows me to offer valuable insights to help individuals and families navigate challenges and create harmony within their homes.

I’m passionate about helping my clients elevate their mental, emotional, and overall well-being. Whether I’m working with a child struggling in school, helping a teenager build self-confidence, or coaching a parent on communication strategies, my goal is to create a safe, empathetic space where transformation can occur.

Rooted in empathy, trust, and a belief in the power of change, I’m here to support individuals and families on their journeys toward the life and relationships they truly deserve.
